Nurturing Relationships supports you in maintaining your individual identity while embracing your relational identity.
Even strong relationships hit rough patches. Whether you’re feeling distant, caught in the same arguments, or unsure how to love forward together, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, communicate clearly, and rebuild trust.
Our therapists will help you reconnect by working through patterns with honesty and a deeper understanding of each other. You’ll learn to move with empathy and allow your relationship to address difficulty – rather than let difficulty get in the middle of your relationship.
Our clinicians are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and will submit insurance claims on your behalf.
Offered by our founder and couples therapist, Katelyn Easter, this workshop will help you have deeper conversations, hold space for your needs, and invite vulnerability with your loved one. You’ll leave with a foundation for honesty, insight into words and actions, and knowing how to lean into mutual trust and care.

Informed consent is a pillar of our approach, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from Nurturing Relationships. Here’s the process of how we’ll work together:
We begin by creating a personalized treatment plan that outlines what you want to work on and how we’ll get there. From the first session, we’re building a shared understanding of your goals and checking in to make sure the process stays aligned with what matters to you.
It’s all about nurturing relationships, including ours. Throughout our work, we pay close attention to the client-clinician dynamic to ensure a strong connection. We’ll have ongoing conversations about your goals, the methods we’re using, and the strength of our therapeutic bond. Your feedback and comfort are essential to the process.
Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you’ll start gaining practical skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, effective communication, and understanding patterns, values, and needs. These skills are practiced in session and applied in real life, helping you respond – rather than react – in difficult moments.
Once there’s a strong foundation of skills and regulation, we begin unpacking the deeper layers like attachment patterns, family of origin dynamics, and the emotions beneath the surface. With time, trust, and reflection, you’ll develop insight into why you respond the way you do – and gain skills and techniques to address what’s within and beyond your control.
We help nurture a system for your long-term progress. We’ll look into what systems we need to put in place for you to maintain positive change with support from your community.
